Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are 
not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will 
receive a confirmation email with tracking information once 
your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — $6.99
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $14.99
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is based on 
destination and package size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via 
email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to 
update in the carrier's system.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Cheval Noir Eq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages 
once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. 

International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer 
international shipping in the future — sign up for our emails 
to be notified.
